Advance notice: Repair works to Alresford Bridge, St Osyth Road, Alresford, CO7 8AD

We would like to make you aware that arrangements are being made to carry out repair works to Alresford Bridge located on B1027 St Osyth Road, Alresford. The works are planned to take place from Saturday 13 February to Monday 15 February 2021.

We will be carrying out concrete repairs to the span over the railway and installing temporary fencing. The fencing will enable us to complete repairs to the remaining bridge spans at a later date without disrupting the train line.

In order to support these works there will be lane restrictions managed by temporary traffic lights on B1027 St Osyth Road for the full duration. Advance signage will be in place.
