  1. 12.20.003 Minutes of the last meeting: The minutes of the meeting held on Tuesday 3 November 2020 were proposed by Cllr Luxford-Vaughan, seconded by Cllr Booth and approved as an accurate record of proceedings.

Wivenhoe Town Council considers this development to be overbearing and not in keeping with the current street scene. Also, there are concerns that the neighbouring property will be overlooked. The council considers this to be overdevelopment of this site and that it is setting an unwelcome precedent.

P.12.20.008  Date and time of next meeting: It was agreed that the next meeting will be held virtually on Tuesday 5 January 2021 at 7.30pm
