Town Clerk’s Report- Full Town Council Meeting 16 August 2021

 

  1. Staffing-No update.

 

  1. Maurice and I continue to work with the O&Y Working Group on the office redevelopment, in particular a project timeline.

 

  1. A reminder that we have the WMA Thank You event at the William Loveless Hall on Saturday 21 August from 2-4pm. I hope you can all attend.

 

  1. I have had a great response to the Community Day event FB post. This is being held on Saturday 11 September on the KGV from 12-4pm. The promotion boards from Michael’s estate agents should be put up soon. I’ll let you all know when to expect them. We have an article too in Wivenhoe News and The Tidings magazine.

 

I’ll post again nearer the time with details of the stalls, sports and activities which will be available. Please let know if you can help man the History Group stand which is being managed by Michael.
