Colchester – New Local Plan

The Submission Draft Local Plan(Regulation 19) consultation is now open.

We are consulting on the final draft of the new Local Plan that will guide housing, jobs, transport, infrastructure and green spaces across the city until 2043.

Have your say on whether you believe the plan is sound and justified.

Consultation open: 28th August to 13th October(4pm)
