Refuse and recycling collections in the town are provided by Colchester City Council who are also responsible for emptying litter and dog bins around the town.
Please visit www.colchester.gov.uk to order your recycling equipment. You can then collect the items locally at our Council Offices. If you need blue bags for textile recycling please place your order with essextextiles.co.uk.
The Town Council have recycling bins on De Vere Lane for glass. We also provides weekly litter picking throughout the year and if there are any areas that you feel need attention, please do let us know.
You can buy a roll of 26 food caddy liners and a pack of 50 doggy bags for £1.25 each from the Council Offices.
