
Stephen Burke is an experienced councillor and Parliamentary candidate in London, Norfolk and now in north Essex. He has served on the boards of various NHS trusts and national and local charities.
Currently Stephen is CEO of two national charitable foundations and co-founder of a pioneering social enterprise bringing all ages together which also supports local football teams. He is a governor of Broomgrove Junior School in Wivenhoe and a trustee of Tendring Families First which supports children and families in local schools. He is chair of the Family Mediation Council nationally which helps separating couples take control of their futures.
Stephen is married to fellow councillor Denise Burke. They love living and working in Wivenhoe, and enjoy walking their dog locally, the facilities, businesses and natural environment. He is a Brentford season ticketholder, music fan and proud grandparent.
