Whilst we certainly do not want to get into a back and forth posting situation on social media, we do want to address some further misleading comments made about and by the Bike Kitchen.
The rent currently paid and quoted as £12 per square foot does not include the exclusive use of the outside space which is effectively the working area used by the Bike Kitchen- as evidenced in photos used by the group themselves. WTC has until now also paid for the group’s use of water and electricity which again has not been acknowledged.
We continue to be open to dialogue with the group, which we have now supported for over 12 years, and feel saddened that they have chosen to take legal action.
