These are days when the hire of this venue will be free to community organisations to further demonstrate WTC’s commitment to our community and our recognition of the range of groups which add great value to it.
By community organisation we mean a Wivenhoe based, politically neutral organisation, which supports one or more of the following:
It was agreed that current users of the hall can apply and groups will not be allocated more than one day a year.
If you would like to apply please email the Town Clerk on townclerk@wivenhoe.gov.uk. All applications are assessed by the Estates Committee.
